SafeSense makes design simulation easy.  It comprehends all factors that can affect touchscreen performance, such as the sensor pattern, substrate material, size, structure, stack-up, and front-lens thickness. By simulating a design first, time and resource expenditures are minimized.

Design Studio includes tuning and configuration wizards, production test tools, and diagnostics tools that configure and test chips and modules built using Synaptics capacitive sensing technology. Choice of materials, thickness of glass, and system architecture impact touch performance.
