Synaptics' device drivers allow users to adjust the Synaptics TouchPad settings to enhance the user experience. The Synaptics driver that is incorporated with your notebook is custom designed for your specific notebook, so check with your system manufacturer for driver updates before downloading a generic driver from this web site.

User Tip If your TouchPad is too responsive, or not responsive enough, try adjusting the Touch Sensitivity feature in the Synaptics TouchPad device driver.
