We sponsor a variety of programs and activities for tomorrow’s leaders, including a 10-week summer program from June-August. Our internships are designed for engineering and non-tech positions.
Events that Help Brighten Your Future
We offer a number of events to help interns learn, be inspired and build confidence.
Lunch w/ Leaders
Lunch with Leaders is an opportunity for interns to have lunch with various executives or VP's within the company. During this event, the leader will talk about his/her background while also giving the intern a chance to ask questions about career paths and industry experience. At Synaptics we take pride in having an open door policy, and this extends to our interns too as we want them to have the best learning experience as possible.
Final Presentations
During the last week of the program, each intern will present what they have worked on within the past 10 weeks. Managers as well as interns will compare their experiences and share how they will use their new skills.
