Synaptics is focused on building long-term value for its stockholders. To achieve this goal in a consistent and controlled fashion, our Board of Directors has adopted corporate governance guidelines, including written charters for each Board committee, a code of conduct, and a code of ethics for the CEO and Chairman and senior financial officers of the company.
